• Are you the person named on the reservation? If you aren’t, please remember that only the person named on the reservation can modify it.

• Should you cancel more than 31 days before the arrival date you will receive a full refund of the payment on account minus 50€ for administrative expenses.

• Should you cancel less than 31 days before the arrival date you won’t receive the payment on account back.

• The date of receipt of the form will determine the calculation of the amount to be refunded.

• If the payment on account was paid online and by credit card less than a year ago, we will make the reimbursement using the same credit card used for the payment.

• Otherwise, let us know the bank details where you want to receive the refund.

• When choosing this option, the payment on account is kept for future reservations no later than end of season 2024.

• Please keep in mind that cancellations received 31 days or less before the arrival date will entail the loss of the payment on account and it won’t be possible to keep the payment on account for future reservations.

• 50€ will be charged for administrative expenses.
