GENERAL INFORMATION

What are the opening and closing dates this season?

The opening date is 26/04/2024. The closing date is planned to be on 29/09/2024.

How do you get to Cambrils Park?

You can get to the Resort by car, train, aeroplane and bus.
The address to the Resort is: Avinguda Mas Clariana S/N, 43850 Cambrils, Tarragona. GPS reception: 41 ° 04'35.2 "N 1 ° 06'33.4" I.

Is there an ATM?

Yes. There is an ATM in the commercial area next to the supermarket.

Can you spend the day if you are not staying there?

External visits are not permitted. The use and enjoyment of the facilities is reserved for guests staying at Cambrils Park and their guests registered in the accommodation’s contract.

How far is the beach?

The Resort is located 5 minute-walk from the beach.

REGULATION

Is barbecuing allowed?

Barbecuing is permitted outside the accommodation (except in La Mediterrània) always taking safety measures and keeping a minimum distance of 1.5 m from any tree, bungalow, or flammable object. It is forbidden the use of flammable liquids.

Can I arrive at dawn?

Our reception is open 24 hours. If you have booked an accommodation you will be able to settle in at dawn without making too much noise.

Can I have visitors?

To have a better control of the amount of people in our establishment, to comply with the current regulations and to guarantee all the security measures, this year and on an exceptional basis, external visits won’t be allowed within the facilities of Cambrils Park Resort.

RESORT

Where do we park the car?

All accommodation contracts include a parking space free of charge per accommodation (2 in MED-3 in La Mediterrania). There are parking spaces along the perimeter of the Resort

On the day of departure at what time do I have to vacate the accommodation?

The accommodation must be vacated before 11.

On the day of arrival at what time can we settle into our accommodation?

Access to the accommodation will be from 16h, once the cleaning service and the preparations to receive you have been carried out.

Do accommodations have bed linen and towels?

Yes. Bed linens and towels are included. Linens are changed every 6 days (when staying more than 7 nights) and towels every 3 days.

Do accommodations have a hair drier?

They have a hairdryer.

Do accommodations have an iron?

No. You can borrow an iron leaving a deposit at reception

Do you have baby cots, highchairs, baby buggies, bathtubs, barriers…?

Yes. You can rent baby buggies or cots. Check availability and ask for them while doing the reservation of your accommodation. We also have highchairs, bathtubs and bed rails for hire. If you are interested, call or email our reservation centre.

Can we welcome visitors if the maximum capacity of the contracted accommodation is not exceeded?

Is it possible to, exceptionally, exceed the maximum capacity of the accommodation?

No. For security reasons, you can never exceed the maximum capacity of the accommodation.

Do we have to pay any kind of deposit?

During the check-in you might be asked to pay a deposit of up to 100 € to cover the expenses in case of inappropriate use of the accommodation or its equipment. If there isn’t any damage the deposit will be refunded after your departure.

FACILITIES AND SERVICES

Is there a laundry service?

Yes. There is a laundry service at our commercial area that offers washing and drying services.

Is there a supermarket?

Yes, there is a big supermarket located I the commercial area. There, in addition to the usual supermarket products, you can find a bakery, greengrocer’s, gluten-free food and international food.t

Is there a Miniclub? What ages is for?

Yes. There is a Miniclub where the animation team organizes workshops and activities for children between 4 and 12 years old (check the activity program on the web). Although there is no need for them to be accompanied, a responsible person should be nearby to look after any need they might have.

Is there a childcare service?

No. Children must always be under adult supervision and can never be left alone.

Are there any animation activities?

Is there a hairdresser?

Yes. There is an aesthetic Centre that offers services such as hairdressing, massages, waxing, manicure, and pedicure. You can ask for the rates and book at reception.

Do you rent bikes?

Yes. We have bike rental at any reception of the Cambrils Park Resort. There are road bikes and mountain bikes, helmets, bikes for children, bike seats and bike trailers. Bikes can’t be booked prior to your arrival.

Can I buy tickets to Port Aventura?

Yes, you can buy tickets to Port Aventura at any reception. Tickets have the same price as at the park. By buying the tickets in advance you avoid queuing at the ticket office, and you can go straight to the park.

Is there gluten-free food in all the restaurants?

Yes. The Resort restaurants are certified by the Coelics Association of Catalonia. You can also find a wide variety of gluten free and lactose free products at our supermarkets and bakeries.

Can you eat in a restaurant if you are not staying at the Resort?

To have a better control of the amount of people in our establishment, to comply with the current regulations and to guarantee all the security measures, this year and on an exceptional basis, reservations made by external costumers won’t be accepted to any of the restaurants of Cambrils Park Resort.

Are there sun loungers in the swimming pool?

Yes. All our swimming pool areas have free sun loungers. For the use and enjoyment of the facilities, it is forbidden to reserve them if you are not in the area.

Is there any heated swimming pool?

No. All our swimming pools are outdoors, and our season mostly takes places when the temperature is hot/ warm.

Is it possible to book half board or full board?

It is currently not possible to book half board or full board. What we have is a wide variety of restaurants and food shops.

What is the tourist tax?

It is a tax charged to everyone who is staying at any kind of tourist accommodation. It must be paid during check-in and it is 1'32 € per person (over 16) and night (up to 7 nights)
