When does the resort open and close in 2025?

The 2025 season starts on 30th April and ends on 28th September. These are months meant to enjoy the sun, the calm and a holiday full of unique moments.

Can I book extra activities or amenities in advance?

Yes, during the booking process you can add amenities such as cots and highchairs. 

Can I modify my booking once it has been made?

It will depend on the rate selected. Please check the cancellation and change conditions before finalizing the booking.

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit/debit card, bank transfer in some cases and “bizum” (Spanish paying method, similar to “Verse”) . Check the methods available in the booking process.

Are there any discounts if I book directly from the website?

By booking on our official website, you can access the best conditions and exclusive rates.

Is it possible to book half board or full board?

We do not offer half-board or full-board packages. However, we have a varied gastronomic offer and food stores so that you can choose what you most want at any given time. 

What are tourist taxes?

This is a mandatory tax for all guests over 16 years of age staying in a tourist establishment. The cost is €1.32 per guest per night (up to a maximum of 7 nights) and is payable at the time of check-in. 

What are the cancellation policies?

Where can we check prices?

With our booking engine you can calculate the final price of your stay instantly. Take into account all the variables: dates, number of people, type of accommodation... If you prefer, you can also call us and we will be happy to help you.

Do you offer a transfer service from the airport?

Yes, we collaborate with the company Aliance to offer an exclusive transfer service from Reus and Barcelona airports to the resort. For more information or to book it, you can visit: www.aliancetravel.com 

If I bring my own car, where can I park it?

We have free parking for all our guests inside the Resort. 

How do I get to the Resort?

You can see the exact location here. We also have a transfer service from the airport (upon booking). 

What are the accommodation check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is before 11:00 am. You can manage your check-in online to speed up your arrival. 

What time should we leave the accommodation on the day of departure?

Check-out is until 11:00 am. This way we make sure we have everything ready and perfect for the next families. 

What time can we enter the accommodation on the day of arrival?

From 4 pm onwards. We take the cleanliness and preparation of each area very seriously so that, when you arrive, all you have to do is enjoy yourself.

What do the accommodations include?

All accommodations are fully equipped: kitchen, bathroom, terrace, air conditioning and cleaning amenities. 

Can I choose a specific accommodation?

We do not guarantee a specific accommodation number, but you can tell us your preferences and we will do our best to take them into account.

Are pets allowed?

No, at the moment we do not accept pets at Cambrils Park Resort. 

Do the accommodations include sheets and towels?

Yes. In all accommodations you will find sheets and towels included. For long stays, we change towels every 3 days and sheets every 6 (for stays of more than 7 nights). 

Is there a safe in the accommodation?

Yes, all accommodations have a safe in order for you to store your valuables with complete security and tranquillity during your stay. 

Do the accommodations have a hairdryer?

Yes. All accommodations are equipped with a hairdryer for your convenience. 

Do the accommodations have an iron?

Not as standard, but you can ask for one at reception with a small loan deposit, so you'll always look your best! 

Can visitors be received?

No. In order to guarantee the well-being of all the families staying with us, as well as an adequate control of the capacity, no external visitors are allowed inside the Resort. We always want to offer a safe, caring and exclusive environment for our guests.

Can we, exceptionally, exceed the capacity of the accommodation?

No. For safety reasons, it is not allowed to accommodate more guests than the maximum capacity indicated in the description of the accommodation.

Can I spend the day at the Resort without being a guest?

No, our facilities are designed exclusively for the enjoyment of the guests staying there. This allows us to guarantee a calm, safe and cared for experience for all families. Only visits registered in the stay contract are allowed. 

Are barbecues allowed?

Yes, barbecues can be enjoyed outside the accommodation (except in the La Mediterrània area). They must always be carried out with the utmost caution, keeping a minimum distance of 1.5 m from any tree, shelter or flammable object. For safety reasons, the use of flammable liquids is prohibited. 

Is there any deposit or guarantee to be paid?

 Yes. A security deposit of up to €100 may be requested upon check-in as a guarantee against possible damage. If everything is correct at the end of the stay, it is returned in full a few days after departure. 

Do you offer baby equipment?

Yes, we have cots, highchairs, baby bathtubs and bed barriers. You can order them when you make your booking or upon request at reception (subject to availability). 

Are swimming pools safe for children?

Yes, we have children's pools, lifeguards and different areas adapted for different ages. 

What kind of children's entertainment facilities are there?

We have a playroom for babies (0-3 years), MiniClub (4-12 years), and a full entertainment programme with recreational, aquatic and sports activities, sustainable workshops, shows, mini-disco and many more surprises. 

Is there a childcare service?

We do not have a childcare service. Children must always be under the supervision and responsibility of an adult. 

Are there options for vegetarians, vegans or people with food intolerances?

Yes, we work with a conscious gastronomy that offers options adapted to all needs. 

Do you have gluten-free food in restaurants?

Yes. La Masia restaurant is certified by the Catalan Celiac Association. In addition, in our supermarkets and bakeries you will find a wide variety of gluten-free and lactose-free products. 

Can I bring food to the accommodation?

Of course. All units have a fully equipped kitchen. In addition, we have a supermarket and take away within the Resort. 

Is there a Miniclub? For what ages?

Yes. The Miniclub is a space designed for children between 4 and 12 years old, with activities adapted to each age group. Although the presence of an adult is not necessary during the activity, it is essential that a person in charge is nearby to attend to any need. 

Can you go to the restaurant without being a guest?

This season access to the El Pescador Restaurant is only allowed for dinner service to external people not staying at the Resort. Thank you for your understanding. 

Do you have medical service?

Yes, we have medical service inside the Resort during the season. 

Is there a laundry?

 Yes, we have a self-service laundry area. with washing and drying service, located in the commercial area of the resort. Practical and accessible so you don't have to worry about anything. 

Is there a hairdresser?

Yes, in our beauty salon you will find hairdressing services, massages, manicures, pedicures and more. All aimed at making you feel good on the outside too. 

Is there a supermarket?

 Yes, in the shopping area you will find our large supermarket, with a wide variety of products: from everyday basics to freshly baked bread, fresh fruit, gluten-free products and some international specialities. Everything is aimed at providing you with what you need... without leaving the resort. 

Are there sun loungers in the pools?

Yes, sun loungers are available free of charge in all pool areas. We only ask that you do not book them if you are not within the pool area. That way we can all enjoy them when we really need them. 

Are there animation activities?

Yes, our animation team organises activities for all ages: fitness classes, creative workshops, sports competitions, family games and shows to end the day with a smile on your face. You can check the updated programme on our website. 

Can I rent a bike?

Yes, at reception you can check availability and rates.
