RULES AND REGULATIONS
1.ACCESS
Only those who have registered their stay have access and the right to use the facilities of the Cambrils Park Resort. The management reserves the right of admission and the cancellation of the contract of those clients who, disturb the peace, ignore the basic social / behaviour rules and who in general do not adhere to the principle rules of conduct.
1.1 It is compulsory to place the vehicle identity sticker on the front windscreen of vehicles so that it is clearly visible to security staff. The vehicle identity sticker should also be placed on the front of motorcycles.
1.2 To ensure the exclusive use of the Cambrils Park Resort facilities for our customers and to ensure their safety, the Management of Cambrils Park Resort has decided: ID wristbands must be worn on the premises at all times.
2.CHECK-IN
Clients must sign a contract on the day of arrival, in doing so agreeing to the terms and conditions of the Cambrils Park Resort. Any modifications of what has been previously declared must be reported to reception immediately. The agreement must be signed by an adult who will be held responsible for all acts and damages caused by themselves and/or their companions.
2.1 The total amount of the contracted stay should be paid on arrival.
3. BUNGALOWS
4.1 Arrivals: The Cambrils Park Resort may require 100€ deposit fee on arrival.
The time of arrival is from 16.00hrs until 24.00hrs.
The bungalow can only be occupied upon completion of a valid contract, which will specify the assigned bungalow number. It is not permitted to place any type of tent (i.e. childrens tents) near to the bungalow. Bed linen will be changed once a week and towels 3 times per week. A detailed inventory list may be found in all bungalows. Any missing item should be reported to reception as soon as possible.
4.2 Bungalow Reservations: If the date of arrival were to be later than the date previously reserved or the date of departure earlier than the date specified in the contract, clients will be charged the total amount for the entire stay, as originally contracted.
4.PAYMENT AND DEPARTURES: BUNGALOWS
The total sum of the contracted stay should be paid on arrival.
Check-in hours are 08.00hrs until 24.00hrs.
It is compulsory to return the part of the vehicle identity sticker(which states name and booking number) on departure. If any damages have been caused to either the accommodation and/or the Cambrils Park Resort facilities the amount due for it's repair and/or replacement should be paid at reception.
The bungalows must be vacated before 11.00hrs.
5. MESSAGES/MAIL
Will be left in the post boxes in the main reception.
6. VISITS
6.1 Visits to clients staying in the Cambrils Park Resort: Visitors are only allowed if the visit is to family members or friends who are staying on the Cambrils Park Resort. Visitors must be accompanied at reception by the person who signed the contract on arrival. Visitors wishing to use the Cambrils Park Resort facilities may do so by paying €10 per adult and €6 per child (up to the age of 12) and should wear the identity bracelet issued to them by reception staff.
Free visits are for a maximum duration of 1 hour. Visitors should leave an official identity document at reception. If the visit is longer than 1 hour visitors will be subject to the daily charge.
6.2 Vehicles: Visitors are not allowed to enter the Cambrils Park Resort with a vehicle.
7. VEHICLES
The maximum speed limit is 10km/hr.
It is forbidden to circulate with a vehicle from 00.00hrs until 07.00hrs. Children under 16 years of age are not allowed to drive electric scooters, mini motors (pocket bikes) or quads under any circumstances. Any vehicles which cause excessive noise will not be allowed inside the Cambrils Park Resort area.
It is forbidden for any rented vehicle or motorcycle to enter the Cambrils Park Resort which has not been subject to the daily charge.
8. REST HOURS
So as not to disturb your neighbours or any other guests, TV sets, radios or any other audio equipment must be kept at a low volume.
Rest hours are between 00.00hrs and 07.00hrs and should be respected.

9. SWIMMING POOLS
It is compulsory to shower before entering the swimming pool.
Children under the age of 12 may not use the swimming pool unless they are accompanied by an adult, who must take full responsibility.
9.1 Use of Floats and Inflatables: The use of inflatables is not permitted in any swimming pool.
Swimming aids (such as armbands etc.) are only allowed in the children's pools.
9.2 Ball Games: Only young children are allowed to take balls into the kid's pools.
9.3 Swimming Goggles: Swimming goggles are permitted as long as they are not made of glass or any other material that may break easily.
9.4 Strictly Forbidden in all Swimming : To enter the water whilst wearing t-shirts, underwear, shoes, towels or any other item of clothing or object which may disturb other clients. The use of water guns, bicycles or scooters etc. is not allowed in any swimming pool area.
9.5 Water-slides must be used by one person at a time and facing forwards only. It is forbidden to block the exits of the water-slides.
10.PETS
Are not allowed on Cambrils Park Resort.
11. GAMES/SPORTS
In order to not disturb any guest, games should be played at the sport's area. Use of laser pens, pellet guns and any other dangerous toys are strictly forbidden.
12. RUBBISH
To help the environment please use the re-cycling bins provided within the Cambrils Park Resort for disposal of rubbish.
13. INSURANCE
The Cambrils Park Resort can not be held responsible for thefts on the Cambrils Park Resort area. Neither will the Cambrils Park Resort be held responsible for damages caused by natural causes, such as wind, rain, flooding, or tree resin etc. The same applies if any damage occurs to clients vehicles due to collisions with curbs, trees or branches etc..
14. ELECTRIC SUPPLY
The official Cambrils Park Resort electrician is the only person authorized to examine and repair faults.
